About Division
Introduction
The Division of Electrical Engineering comprises two departments: The Heavy Current department and the Light Current department, covering different areas of specialisation in the field of Electrical & Electronic Engineering. They offer installation, domestic and industrial wiring services. The division through its light current department offer the following services: automation, computer network and configuration, computer repairs and maintenance, repairs of decoders, computers, televisions printers and many other electrical gadgets.
Mandate
To equip students with relevant skills in the field of Electrical and Electronic Engineering for both employment and Entrepreneurship
Mission
To equip students with relevant skills to become skilled Artisans, Technicians or Technician Engineers in the fields of Electrical Power Engineering and Electronics Engineering for both the formal and informal sectors of the economy.
