Mrs Chiedza Masanganise is one of the longest serving, loyal senior member for Bulawayo Polytechnic.​ She possesses a wealth and rich cupboard full of accolades and academic achievements.
Her educational and academic journey started at Makura Primary School in Gutu before moving to John Tallach High School for her Ordinary Level in Ntabazinduna. ​

She left John Tallach for Greece were after 5 years of studies she graduated with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, with the University of Thessaloniki with particular focus on Water Reticulation Systems. 

In 2002 she again graduated this time with ZOU after completing a Master of Education Degree with focusing on Technical Education. Her research interest was on Gender Inequality in Technical and Vocational Education in Polytechnics.
