About Admissions
The Admissions Section, which falls under the Registrar's Department, is situated in the Administration Building and is responsible for handling all Student applications for higher national diploma, diploma, and national certificate programmes, including city & guilds courses, BTech programmes and short courses for credit, while applications for non-credit short-courses are handled by the Centre for Adult and Continued Education.
Apart from processing applications for admission, the Section is also responsible for production of student and staff I.D. Cards, coordinating the registration of students, maintenance of records for all students, keeping scholarship records, dispatch of examination results to individual students, writing of students' transcripts, ordering of certificates and academic dress. The Sections plays an active role in the preparation for graduation ceremonies, and conducts Elections for the Student Representative Council.

Our Procurement Policy
Most of our Procurement requirements are satisfied mainly through competitive bidding and request for quotations. Bidders are encouraged to check with our procurement notice board found in the main administration block as well as on this website.
Bidders are implored to follow ethical practices in the engagement with Bulawayo Polytechnic staff on issues to do with procurement and desist from corrupt tendencies. Bidders are encouraged to read the Act and accompanying Guidelines that are accessible on the PRAZ website.
